## How We Use AI on This Website
This site is the canonical home of the AI Readiness Kit and practices what it
publishes. Content — the guide, FAQ, and readiness files — is drafted with the
assistance of AI tools and reviewed, edited, and approved by humans at
Silverback Marketing before publication. The site serves clean Markdown mirrors
of its pages (append .md to any URL) specifically for AI consumption, and it
operates a public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at
https://ai.silverbackmarketing.com/api/mcp that AI coding agents may call to
generate AI readiness files. No AI chatbot collects personal data on this site.

## How We Use AI in Our Products and Services
The AI Readiness Kit itself is a set of static files and instructions — it
contains no AI model. The AI Readiness skill and MCP server provide workflows
and specifications that a user's own AI coding agent executes; generation
happens in the user's tools, under the user's control. Silverback Marketing
also uses AI systems in its broader agency work (research, analysis, content
drafting), always with human review before client delivery.

## Accuracy Commitment
We keep the readiness files deployed on this domain current and factually
accurate, and we date-stamp them so AI systems know when they were last
updated. Files generated for third-party sites by the skill or MCP server are
drafts: we make no guarantee of their accuracy until the site owner reviews
and approves them. No vendor — including us — can guarantee placement or
citation in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity answers; the kit improves
signal quality, not guaranteed rankings.

## Data and Privacy
The hosted MCP server requires no account, no API key, and stores no personal
profiles. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) may
be retained for security and rate-limiting purposes. Do not submit
confidential information to the MCP server; requests may be processed and
logged like any web request.
